Join us to learn the story of our marine heritage and the wrecks in the English Channel.

Dr. Antony Firth, MCIfA is an archaeologist with a wider range of interests in marine heritage. In recent years he has been examining the history of the east coast in the First and Second World Wars, including the ‘Dover Sector’ between North Foreland and Dungeness, stretching across to the Continent. Antony became Head of Marine Heritage Strategy for Historic England in November 2021.
